When my laptop computer crashed right before final exams I almost suffered a emotional breakdown. I was so stressed out from school, bills, and working that being to be forced to shop for a new laptop sounded too stressful. I understood only basic computer jargon and the store ads were overwhelming. When I did go to stores, I would walk around aimlessly in the computer section. The sales associates would not offer assistance. My roommate saw how tired I was from looking at ads and trying to figure out what laptop computer would work best for me, that she offered to help me out on my search.

She took me to her room and we went online. She pulled up her favorite online superstore and within minutes we were browsing a selection of impressive laptops. She explained what every function was and how each laptop could work in my daily life. I finally made my selection and I was so pleased. It had more memory than my previous computer and it was faster! I even spent less money than I planned on. Laptop computer shopping is easier than I thought, I just wish finals exams were this easy!
