notebook bag When my daughter asked me for a notebook bag for her small laptop, I thought she had in mind one of the really cute, colorful ones that I’ve seen online.   I thought for sure that out of the huge selection of bags, there would be one notebook bag that she’d like.   Little did I know that she already had something else in mind?    A few days after she asked for the notebook bag, she sent me a text message while she was out with friends with a picture attached.  It was a bag that she just had to have, and said it would double as her notebook bag.   I could definitely understand that she wanted the bag, and even though I did think it was cute, I did not think it would make a good bag for her laptop so I told her no.   Needless to say, she was not a happy camper.   I finally got her to understand why I said no, and asked her to look at the ones I’d seen online.   She was resistant, but she did find one that she loved, and I ordered it.   It should arrive sometime this coming week and I know it will be much more practical than the bag she liked.
